Minister of Power Kanchana Wijesekara said that a decision has not been taken on the proposed tariff revisions by the CEB.
However, the request made by the CEB has been approved by the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL).
The Minister revealed that the Cabinet has the authority to implement the proposal, make revisions or reject it.
