Sri Lanka is steadily recovering from Cyclone Ditwah, which caused widespread flooding and landslides, displacing millions and damaging nearly a fifth of the country. NOLIMIT joins the nation’s rebuilding effort by pledging Rs. 60 million worth support to disaster relief and recovery. Committed to standing with our nation, NOLIMIT is helping restore communities, revive livelihoods, and strengthen the nation for a resilient future.
As part of this relief effort, Rs. 15 million was officially donated to the Government of Sri Lanka to support urgent national recovery initiatives. The cheque was presented to Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya at the Prime Minister’s Office on 8th December 2025. The Prime Minister expressed appreciation for the support, emphasizing the critical role such contributions play during national emergencies.
In addition, NOLIMIT has initiated relief efforts worth Rs. 45 million across multiple flood- and landslide-affected districts. These initiatives include distributing essential supplies, providing on-ground assistance, and offering continued support to families rebuilding their lives in the aftermath of the disaster. This extensive outreach underscores NOLIMIT’s long-standing commitment to community care and national resilience. NOLIMIT has also extended dedicated support to the affected employees by offering disaster recovery assistance and essential resources to help staff regain stability and meet urgent needs, reaffirming that the wellbeing of its team remains a top priority.
All these initiatives are implemented under NOLIMIT’s CSR arm, ‘Aseemitha’, which focuses on creating meaningful and sustainable social impact. With key pillars including healthcare, childcare, education, culture, and sports, Aseemitha works to uplift communities through purposeful and compassionate action.
Through bold leadership, sustained relief efforts, and a deep sense of national responsibility, NOLIMIT continues to stand as a pillar of support. We are a nation that has always overcome challenges. Together, we rise stronger, filled with hope for a brighter and more resilient future.
