SLIM National Sales Awards 2025 receives over 1,200 submissions

The Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), the apex body for marketing in Sri Lanka is proud to announce the successful closure of entries for the SLIM National Sales Awards (NSA) 2025. This year’s competition generated over 1,200 submissions, underscoring the growing recognition of salesforces across the country.  This year’s theme for prestigious competition is ‘Ambassadors of Sales: The Force Behind the Figures’. NSA 2025 is set to highlight and recognise sales individuals who are the driving force behind the strategic success of organisations across multiple industries.

The NSA 2025 also features a number of enhanced categories and expanded industry participation. This reflects the dynamic nature of today’s sales environment. SLIM remains deeply committed to recognising outstanding achievements and setting new benchmarks for professionalism and impact in the sales fraternity.

A panel led by respected industry leaders will commence the judging of the competition during the first week of September. The evaluation process has been well-established and is transparent, has evolved over the course of two decades. The National Sales Awards continues to be the of the most prestigious, credible and career defining platforms for recognition in Sri Lanka.

Recognition in sales is not just about rewarding individuals; it plays a pivotal role in advancing industry standards and fostering continuous professional development. SLIM has noted the increase in participation from female professionals, reflecting a broader shift towards a much more inclusive representation and management.
