The event brought together the company’s Board of Directors, management staff, sales team, production and factory staff, back-office staff, and logistics team to recognize and reward the exceptional achievements that have contributed to Agromax’s position as the No. 1 water pump company in Sri Lanka.
With more than 1,500 dealers throughout the island, a wide variety of products, and a strong staff of over 150 workers, Agromax is still dedicated to providing cutting-edge technology and trusted quality to Households, Agriculture, Industrial, Construction, and other various business sectors across the country.
In addition to presenting appreciation awards to the Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and Factory Manager for their steadfast commitment and leadership, the conference recognized key contributors and star performers with special awards such as Best Junior Employee Performer, Most Valuable Office Executive, and Star Salesperson.
The Chief Guest was the Additional Secretary Mr.M.B.L.Rahuman of the Ministry of Agriculture Livestock Land & Irrigation. Keynote addresses were delivered by Mr. Sadath Mohomed (Managing Director/CEO), Mr. Mohomed Riyal Rihimy (Chairmen), Mr. Yohan Wijesinghe (Finance Manager), and Mr. Sameera Bandara (National Sales Manager). They emphasized Agromax’s development from a micro-business to a medium-to-large enterprise with its own assembly plant and factory in Biyagama. The company’s value-driven culture, employee development, and its significant economic contribution to Sri Lanka through job creation and technological innovation were all highlighted by the speakers.
