Guest chefs from DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta bring 10 nights of Indonesian classics and regional favorites to Colombo.
COLOMBO, SRI LANKA, September 2026 Hilton Colombo presents ‘The Indonesian Table,’ a 10-day culinary showcase at Graze Kitchen from 8 to 17 October 2026. In collaboration with DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jakarta – Diponegoro, and DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya, the experience brings the bold spices, smoky aromas and diverse culinary traditions of Indonesia to Colombo, served alongside Graze Kitchen’s signature dinner buffet.
Led by guest Chef Rendy from DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya and Chef Shandi from DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jakarta – Diponegoro, the showcase explores some of Indonesia’s best-loved dishes and regional flavors. Guests can discover slow-cooked Beef Rendang, rich with aromatic spices; Chicken and Lamb Satay grilled for a smoky finish; wok-tossed Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng; and comforting bowls of Soto Ayam. The spread also features Gado-Gado, bringing together vegetables and a rich peanut dressing in one of Indonesia’s most recognizable classics.
The partnership places Indonesia’s distinctive food culture at the center of the Graze Kitchen experience, with familiar favorites, fragrant spices and traditional preparations, creating a dining experience that is generous, vibrant and primed for discovery.

‘The Indonesian Table’ will be available nightly from 8 to 17 October 2026, from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm at Graze Kitchen.
