Dollar selling rate passes Rs. 300 in Sri Lanka

For the first time in the history, US Dollar rate against Sri Lankan rupee has surpassed Rs. 300.

The selling price of US Dollar at licensed commercial banks has increased to Rs. 310.

The Sri Lankan rupee is on a depreciation swing as it continues to hit record lows against the US Dollar.
